GRSLBG&B is pleased to announce that Rosanne Palumbo joined the Firm’s Litigation Department as an Associate on May 18, 2020. Ms. Palumbo brings two decades of experience in Litigation in New York and New Jersey, and her practice areas include General Liability, Construction, Labor Law & Employment, and Asbestos/Toxic Tort.
Prior to joining GRSLBG&B, Ms. Palumbo served as in house counsel for insurance carriers in New York and New Jersey and as General Counsel for a finance company, where she represented her corporate clients in all phases of litigation and arbitration. She has significant trial experience and has successfully obtained several defense verdicts on behalf of her clients. Outside of the office, Ms. Palumbo has also presented and served as a panelist for Continuing Education Classes on Premises Liability in New York.
Ms. Palumbo graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Cook College in 1995. She obtained her law degree and Environmental Law Certification from Pace University School of Law in New York in 2000. While in law school, Ms. Palumbo worked with Pace’s Environmental Law Society and was an annual hostess at Pace’s Animals in the Law Conference, where she advocated for animal rights and environmental protections. She remains a fierce animal advocate. She presently volunteers her time rehabilitating abused American Pit Bull Terriers and is volunteer counsel for Jersey Pits Rescue, a non-profit organization.
Ms. Palumbo is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She also is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and Eastern District of New York.
