GRSLBG&B is pleased to announce Minal J. Acharya joined the Firm’s Litigation Department as an Associate in November 2020. Minal concentrates her practice in the area of General Liability. She represents insurance companies and self-insured companies in the defense of these claims.
Minal graduated from Rutgers University in 2009 with B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy. She continued her education at Florida Coastal School of Law, obtaining her law degree in 2013. While attending law school, Minal was a legal intern with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, the Florida Department of Children and Families, and the Public Defender’s office in Duval County.
Prior to joining GRSLBG&B, Minal practiced in the area of both criminal and civil litigation. Recently, as an associate, Minal focused her practice on automobile liability, representing the interest of individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in all phases of litigation, including trials. Minal is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Minal enjoys hiking, reading and traveling.
