The Firm is pleased to announce that Marilyn Porcaro has joined its New Jersey Litigation Department as an Associate. Marilyn concentrates her practice in General Liability.
Marilyn graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2018 with a B.S. in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Marketing. She then received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2021. While in law school, Marilyn was the President of the Estates and Trusts Society and participated in various pro bono projects, including Wills for Heroes, the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Project. She was the Lead Research and Writing Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, and in 2021, the Journal published her student note, “Comparing New Jersey Establishment Clause Precedent with Supreme Court Precedent After the Holding in American Legion v. American Humanist Association.”
Prior to joining GRSLBG&B, Marilyn was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael F. O’Neill, Hunterdon County, New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. She also clerked for a small firm handling municipal matters, leases, wills, trusts and estates. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Outside of the office, Marilyn enjoys traveling and running.
