GRSLBG&B offers its Associates the opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience and exposure to the firm’s diverse legal practice.
It is GRSLBG&B’s goal to develop young attorneys into excellent lawyers by exposing them to the entire litigation process, often at an early stage. Associates are trained to participate in all aspects of representing our clients. They take depositions, draft and argue motions, communicate with clients, make court appearances, and manage their own cases, all under the supervision of a Shareholder.
GRSLBG&B takes pride in its collegial and cooperative work environment. GRSLBG&B encourages associates to seek advice and guidance from all Shareholders and more senior Associates in all aspects of their work and encourages everyone — attorneys and staff — to function cooperatively, with a free flow of communication and assistance. To that end, GRSLBG&B has instituted a mentoring program in which each Shareholder is assigned to work closely with an Associate to not only assist with developing her/his legal skills, but also to provide assistance and guidance with time management issues, administrative procedures, and various day-to-day concerns.
GRSLBG&B seeks to recruit candidates who are highly motivated, and have superior academic credentials and a background, or demonstrable interest, in civil litigation.
