At GRSLBG&B, our attorneys have decades of experience defending companies in asbestos litigation. GRSLBG&B has been heavily involved in the defense of asbestos claims since the onset of those claims in the late 1970’s. We have undertaken an active and aggressive defense on behalf of clients, both large and small, throughout the years. We have represented both self-insureds and companies with one or more carriers providing coverage. We have represented national and international companies as well as local companies. Our clients include fiber suppliers, plumbing supply houses, electrical supply houses, gasket manufacturers, insulation manufacturers and oil refineries. We have worked hand-in-hand with insurance carriers in defense of these claims and served as National Coordinating Counsel for asbestos defendants. Our current clients include CSR and W.A. Birdsall. Our longstanding relationships with our clients have lead to thorough research in this field. This has helped us effectively defend our national, international and local clients in asbestos litigation.
Our firm is one of the few defense firms in the state of New Jersey that have actually tried a number of these cases. We have the knowledge to provide an aggressive and effective defense on behalf of our clients. Our experience and reputation allows us to obtain favorable settlements from the plaintiff’s bar on those cases where there is exposure, and dismissals on those cases where there is not exposure.
