Kenneth R. Rothschild, a founding partner of Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola, Lundell, Boylan, & Garubo, retired as of April 1, 2015, after forty-two years as an attorney. Mr. Rothschild will continue as Of Counsel for GRSLB&G. He is a 1967 graduate of Rutgers University and received his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1973. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. In 1973, he joined the predecessor of GRSLB&G.
Mr. Rothschild concentrated his practice in Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability, Construction and General Liability. He represented insurance companies (and their insureds), Self-insured entities, and Insurance Agents & Brokers in the defense of complex and high risk claims. Since 1982, he was recognized as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He was assigned the highest rating by Martindale Hubbel (AV rated) and was continuously designated as a New Jersey “Super lawyer” by Super lawyer Magazine and New Jersey Monthly for Insurance Coverage Matters. He was also listed in New York Magazine as one of the “New York Area’s Best Lawyers” for Construction Litigation.
Mr. Rothschild was a frequent guest speaker for numerous insurance companies and related trade organizations. He published articles in various publications, including DRI, the New Jersey Law Journal and the Law Office Administrator’s Journal. He also served as a Barrister in the Middlesex/Somerset County Inns of Court.
Mr. Rothschild has had a distinguished career as an attorney and we congratulate him on these achievements and his retirement.
