Jeffrey M. Kadish is Of Counsel to Golden Rothschild and concentrates his practice in personal injury defense, insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice, construction litigation, complex civil litigation, public entity liability defense and civil appeals. He represents employers, insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-insureds in the defense of workers compensation claims.
Mr. Kadish graduated from Rutgers University in 1967 and received his law degree from New York Law School in 1973. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1973 and the New York bar in 1980. Mr. Kadish is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and was a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Trial Certification in 1983. Mr. Kadish was an adjunct Professor at Middlesex County College and Morris County College teaching courses in insurance and business law. He was designated as a "New Jersey Superlawyer" in the field of Insurance Defense Litigation by New Jersey Monthly Magazine for over 10 years and designated in the top 100 attorneys in New Jersey in 2009.
